I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world; your personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart. All of these elements brought me to start Moments, LLC. It has been one of the greatest joys of my life to get to practice my craft while simultaneously helping others preserve memories. In the words of American author, Gretchen Rubin, "The days are long, but the years are short" and nothing is more evident of this than the speed at which our children and families grow.

When I was little, growing up in Georgetown, Colorado, I knew I was meant to lead a life of creativity. I wasn't sure which avenue I would take, but knew that the arts are where I belong. Around my 10th birthday, I got my hands on my first Polaroid camera and I knew there was no turning back. From the first quick develop image I took with it, I found that seeing the world through my camera lens would enable me to show others what I see through my eyes. As the saying goes, "I wish you could see yourself through my eyes..." Well, suddenly I was able to show everyone just that.

My career began shortly after high school in 2007 when I bought my first DSLR camera; a Sony Alpha 200. It was by far the greatest learning tool and paved the way for a greater picture taking experience. I learned by first photographing friends and often over-editing the images I captured. Then I graduated from my Sony collection to my Nikon. I have since found a great love for shooting night photography in the city and capturing light trails. I have been able to practice mountain landscapes, and have further honed my skills in portraiture. With every image I take my skill becomes sharper and my eye keener.

After years of taking photos mostly for fun, I decided to take the plunge and open my business. December of 2018 Moments, LLC was born of an unyielding passion to photograph people and desire to fulfill my dream of having a career I can love. I am now an outdoor photographer serving Denver, Colorado and the greater Denver-Metro area. There is nothing more beautifully diverse in this world than the many walks of life around us. I can't wait to show my children all that I have seen and documented over the years.
